Appearing at Play Market Mall as part of their "Journey to the Junos" promotion with Gibson Guitars, the band arrived for an exclusive autograph session in a tricked out private Gibson Bus, they signed autographs and posed for pictures in the PLAY storefront before giving away a Gibson Guitar to a contest winner who had to be on hand at the draw time to win.

My responsibilities included coordinating communications with the record label, promotional partner CJAY 92, the host mall and the private security firm hired to help with the event. During all of this I ensured that PLAY's brand was represented to the fullest. Additional responsibilities also included liasing between company purchasers, receivers and store management to ensure ample product was on hand for the event, as well as proper staffing levels for proper customer service and to meet the band's requirements.
