Storefront design for Smoker's Corner, Calgary. This shop is located in one of the trendier districts in Calgary. As such they required something that would really stand out. I came up with a devilish theme, thinking way back to some basic marketing psychology. The devils on the top sign are cut out of reflective red vinyl, and applied overtop of the printed sign. The smoke in the background of the sign was initially cast in blue, but I altered it to have a red/grey hue to tie in more with the rest of the imagery. I then repeated the devil image in a large metallic silver on the storefront window, along with the "Tobacco n' Things", to reduce clutter in the top sign.
