Logo design as part of a branding project for Pure Goodness Granola in Calgary, Alberta. “I can't believe I just cried about my logo!” This was the reaction the owner of Pure Goodness Granola had at the unveiling of her company's logo. Pure Goodness Granola is an Alberta-based small business that sources locally grown ingredients to create their granola. I strove to create a logo that would reflect their wholesome, all-natural approach to creating a healthy and yummy product. The stylized oats at the top symbolize a rising sun, a blossiming flower, and the growth of a healthy tomorrow. The text has been stylized with rough edges to further reflect the all-natural aspect of the brand without distracting from the beauty of the letterform or product. The colours chosen reflect the warm, golden glow of the sun rising across healthy organic crops, and also the same golden sensation of eating healthy and locally.   <-- Back to my logo portfolio.
