The owner of Spoon Soup bar approached me prior to his business opening, and had me design his logo and storefront signage to help in securing final financial approval to proceed with opening. Call it ego, but I like to think that my designs had a tiny bit to do in the restaurant opening. Spoon Soup Bar is located at Sun Peaks - a trendy ski resort just outside of Kamloops. With that in mind I created a logo that was trendy yet relatively timeless, cool but not too much for its own good.
